What happened to your old setup? I run 2 - 12lbs lortones, and it is painfull process. I'm looking for a 2 or 3 barrell setup, but so far no luck.
I would buy your old setup if you are interested.
Let me know.

I've looked at it and admired it several time but just now noticed the crank adjustment for belt tension. Outstanding. Jack

Fabbing it up the first time is so much fun. Thanks for the comment. I have one more to go. I will take better detailed pics while I'm fabbing it up.

I've got Line-X (different brand from Rhino, same basic concept) and I think it has too much of a rough surface. The valleys and grooves wouldn't let the grit work as well as it should, I think.
I like Jack(Yorkshire)'s suggestion. That rubber he mentions is very tough stuff, stands up to metal-shod horse hooves supporting thousand-pound horses.

Chadman -- you sure know how to get all us drooling ;D ;D ;D ;D
Your machine is not only amazing, but it has dispelled the great myth at least for me that tumblers have to be either lortone/covington to be good...your machine does a 360 on these and it is way cooler.
Keep posting those pictures. ..this stuff is really awesome!!

Nice looking machine! Great use of floor space too.
How fast do you turn them? Should all material and all the steps turn at the same speed?
Thanks
Garrett

I was told 33 RPMs by a local rock shop. I'm not sure what the consensus is. I tried to talk to Thumbler but they didn't respond. Apparently their email is broke (According to their website?). All steps are the same speed.
