This was posted a couple of months ago, but I wanted to get it in the Specimen Category. All these were found by me in East Texas. They weigh between 1 and 5 pounds each. Black Druzy  Colorful  Plain, but has nice character in person  Lignite replaced   Nice character  Yellow Druzy  Red Druzy  Thanks fer lookin' ;D Curt

Wow Curt, Those are some very pretty specimens! I have never found any with Druzy. Great colors, and I really love the one with the knot! Bill

Great specimens! I especially like those that were plainly rotted or bug bored before being petrified like #3....Mel

Very Nice collection of Wood Curt! I think the fact that you found them all...makes it even more cool. Some of that is so real looking. I hope you find more colors to add to your Rainbow of Colors! Steve

very cool selection Curt. The red druzy looks like there are tiny little clear globules on the ends of the druze?

Thanks everyone.  Dean The yellow and red ones are druzy chalcedony instead of quartz. So that's where the boytroidal look comes from. Curt
