Since Ive been posting macro photos lately, I thought ya'll might like to see Curt's wood, up close and personal in a way you may not have seen yet. :cheesy: This is a piece of black druzy wood that I have in my collection that Curt sent me. While its nice to see it from a distance, all glittery and sparkly.....in macro, its amazing! Yes I said it, Curt's wood is flippin amazing! His wood also proved to be very difficult to photograph. Camera shy perhaps? But I did get one clear photo. I hope you all enjoyed seeing it as much as I do! Shannon

Hmmm, yeah....coins would work if you want to quit getting embarrassed. I honestly cant think of anything funny to say about coins. Although, given time...I might be able to come up with something LOL
Ok, but seriously.....I love this specimen that you sent me Curt!

The crystals are quartz and range anywhere from clear to black depending on how much coal was included when it was formed.

Well I was a wood hater until Curt introduced me to his wood  and sent me a chunck of that black druzy wood!!! Curt's wood has set the bar for all other wood in my book, nobody has better wood than Curt and he knows it!!!!! :cheesy: I might even lick Curt's wood, except I know he oils it before he plays around! (I'm going to be in trouble)

I honestly cant think of anything funny to say about coins. Although, given time...I might be able to come up with something LOL Shannon Thats Easy, let me take a stab at it. ;D It's better to lick stone then coins. Think of where both have been, and I will take the stone anytime. BTW Curt, I like your pet wood as well. I check all the post you make on them. I have to admit, I do not have, nor seen ones with crystals in them before.
