Had a special order for a common red brick done into cabs and wrapped in gf and ss. Should'a used Visine to get the red out. ;D ;D ;D Gf on the left and ss on the right. It took a slight polish, but it is clay and won't shine. Thanks for looking, Ken

Ken, you sure did an amazing job turning plain ole brick into feminine beauty. And the gold wire just lends that much class to it. I'm dead serious. Those are great.

You cabbed a brick? lol... That's funny, but somehow you managed to make something really cool (and beautiful) from it. Those look great!!

Beautiful wraps, but I think the person who wanted brick cabs may have been a couple of bricks shy of a full load. lol

Very nice wraps. There are a few jewelers that make stuff out of Red Rock from Sedona, AZ. It is a non polishable clay/sandstone but I guess some people like it. Go figure Karock

Common red brick wire wrapped, now that's unusual. Those wraps are very nice Ken.

What a hoot! Is there a story behind this request that you are aware of? Or is the purchaser simply enamoured with bricks? Regardless, admirable efforts--nice pieces!

Great shine for a brick! The one in the left is my favorite.

Musta been a gag gift? Or someone trying to prove that anything can look good if wrapped right? Either way, they look great. Nice wraps. That must have been fun to do anyway.
Hey, I should try wrapping the red rocks from Sedona. Great idea. I could probably sell them to tourists. Anyone want any red rocks? I think we can spare a few. They're just laying all over the place.
I have a friend who makes spheres. He did a few from red rocks, just to prove that you can. They took a slight shine but mostly kinda looked like those brick cabs.

UPDATE
These were for a charity auction for a person with cancer. The Gold filled sold for $450 and the ss sold for $350. The owner of the brick company matched the total of $800. Lot of wonderful people in this world. I donated 3 sets of earrings I did in brick to give to the wife of the patient and two of the women helping with the fund drive. (Forgot to take pictures.) Ken
