Today I groove wrapped 2 of the cabs I cut New Year's Eve. First is the tiger eye triangle wrapped in copper 2nd is the druzy laguna circle for Abigail. I'm not too good at swirlies yet. Thanks for looking, Nate

Nate, that first makes a heck of a manly man wrap, really like that! both are nice, but even I'd wear that first one!

Those are pretty cool. I like the way you did the little curls on the second one. I think that is the first time I have seen that on a "groove" wrap

Very nice, I would love to do that, but right now I have too many irons in the fire, or rocks to the grind stone, if you know what I mean. I want to get good at cabbing, then maybe I can learn how to do this. Those are great for the manly man.

Thanks Christopher. I thought to ask Abigail if she wanted "frills" on her groove wrap. She obviously said yes. It actually made the wrap easier, because I didn't have to try to hide the ends under the binding wrap at the top.
Thank you too, Tammy. Grooving is actually a very easy way to wrap. If you have a dremel, get a diamond cutting disk (a few dollars at Harbor Freight) and cut the groove with that. One of these days I'll take a picture of my set up. It's very hokey, but gets the job done.

I'll get some pix of my set up tonight Adrian. Don't wait up for it though, it's really not that special. But as I said, it works well enough.
Ted, you're such a tease! LOL What's the other idea?

You did a great job on both. I love the Tigereye and I think you did super on the swirlies; The wire is nice and clean and no tool marks.
I bet your daughter loves wearing it.

Thank you Marie, Lori, and Jack. Abigail loves the wrap, and said she got many compliments on it at school too. ;D
