Those are gorgeous. I would wear any one of them. I'll be visiting your tutorial later this year and trying to learn how to wrap my own rocks. I love how your settings help to show off the beauty of the rock without detracting from it.

Beautiful, all of them! Turritella is my favorite, but some others are very close to it.

The crapped stuff is manufactured by Colbaughs in Kingman Arizona. They don't list the rough on their website but if you call them, they'll sell it to you by the block only. They have purple, blue, green, orange, yellow, etc etc etc.... and the metal is brass in case you need to know to protect your polishing wheels. You can also get it from vendors at the Tucson or quartzite shows. Sorry, I have no idea of price. Do a websearch for mojave turquoise to see pics.

Shame on you for running out of wire Randy. You should be flogged with a wet spaghetti noodle...lol. Actually I'm running out of wire too so guess I shouldn't talk huh? I am all for the natural stones but sometimes machines crap out some beautiful and interesting stuff. I'm still kicking myself for not buying some green goldstone in Quartzsite but I just couldn't part with any more money. I haven't been wrapping much lately what with traveling and such so looking at yours is a good way to get my fix at least temporarily. Thanks for the "fix" ;D

Truth is, I never actually ran out of wire. lol.... I still had enough to do 2 more wraps the day that my 140 feet of new stuff arrived from Rio Grande only 2 days after I ordered it. This was the fastest time yet!! I've done 7 more since I posted these, and since I'm now off until Monday, I'm gonna do some more.... hopefully a crapload ;D Hey Y'all, thanks for the awesome comments!!

That dine bone wrap is gorgeous and the gold against the purple is striking. I love them all but those are my favorites.
gotta say this, I would die for a complement like Robins "your curves are just perfect" lol.

Hi Randy, that is purple burro creek, for sure. Nice wraps, all 20 million of them. How the heck do you wrap so many so fast? You must be part machine. "Machine Man"

Hay Randy, I think Jamie has the nicest and deepest purples I have seen in the Burro Creek material! Most others are a much lighter color but still beautiful. You have a nice one there! Looking forward to seeing another batch from you soon Fran
