Kudos to whoever has the skill and patience to do it. I would much much rather see that piece executed in man-made ruby or sapphire.

It's really a very practical ring. You wear that on one hand. Jim, you can make an agate ring for the other hand, right? Put them both on, and the next time you go hounding, you're all ready to ID sapphires and rubies. Chrysoberyl too. How many times have you wished you could do that?
