This may seem like a long process for you, but remember, they were painting cars for a long time on the assembly line, so all some creative person had to do is his job-clean off the rails. It's expensive, because only a handful of people are in possession of the old paint broken off the rails and rockhounds are willing to pay what they ask for it! Unfortunately, cars aren't painted the same way so there's no new material available. On another note, nice job making these! Whenever I worked with Fordite, I would use my grinder up to 600g, then use Turtle Wax to polish it!
