cause I was wondering do they make wet belt sanders and vibrating sanders? ya know like they use in wood projects?
anyway Garry its wonderful piece of work sure like to see some of your work in person someday Ed

Thanks Ed. I imagine you could find belt sanders or vibrating sanders that you could use for something like this, although I'm not aware of any specifically made for lapidary work. I just used an expando drum with 3-inch belts for my sanding for this piece. John of Johnsgems would probably know about different kinds of sanding units available. Maybe we can meet someday - I'd be glad to show you my collection.
