Great use of material. I like the wood/stone/brass mixture best.

One thing is for damn sure. There is no way I am going to wade chest deep in a river for jade OR gold. ROFL!! [/quote] Wading in the river? More like dredging underwater in a wetsuit, I just popped up to hurl some cobbles out of my way. Kinda fun bouncing off the river bottom and breaking the surface for that 3 point shot! Retired now, Thanks to 1 BIG boulder. It was fun while it lasted.

The brass corners set them off again. Yes, Etsy would welcome those.

Jim they are awesome and top quality/professionally done! The brass adds a "finished" look that I think would look great on an old wood desk! I laughed when I read what you wrote,,,,, "By the time I get half way good at something I get bored with it and move on to something else."I have the same EXACT problem and I'm happy to hear that I'm not alone with it! I tried an e-cig about a month ago,,,cost me 10 bucks,,,,stunk to high Heaven and tasted terrible! LOL I enjoyed looking at yours MUCH better! connrock I am coming close to one year on the nicotine injectors. I had problems at first because it felt like I was coughing up oil. (can't be good) Changed oil, changed oil again then tried the "blu disposable" and have not had the coughing problem since. Recently I figured out the oil is just like everything else, you get what you pay for. I like the refillables so I bought some more expensive oil and I am not having a problem with it. Right now I am switching back and forth with the "blu" and the refillable because the "blu" is really small like a cigarette and more convenient when working with my hands. Thank you all for your compliments. The brass was a fluke because in the middle of the project I happened upon them and bells went off. A very lucky find. The new deal, "hounding for brass". I will post some pics of the large one that I am working on in a different thread. No square corners for the brass but I have some other brass pieces I will use for accent because of all your great comments on them. Jim

As mentioned earlier on this thread, you really need to contact a smoke shop that deals with E-Cigs ... I can guarantee they will take these on consignment and as you make more you may be able to add them to an etsy site or more area smoke shops!! be a nice way to work without working as you can build at your pace and make the price match your time & effort to build these marvels!!!
And on that note I am glad I quit smoking years ago or I'd be trying to figure out how to save enough money to buy a couple of them from you too!! LOL

Just saw this thread. I did see the finished product last week and as nice as the pictures are, they look even better in person. Great polish on the stones and nice finish on the wood.

Lettin them go cheap. I sold five so I will have to do a new photo. What size batteries do you have? I need the diameter of the battery at the bottom end. Jim
Might be best to PM me because I might miss a post here. Jim
