I have a "Poly" that the paper doesn't stay on the expando wheels...So I just let it set....(Tried everything, but speed up the unit),which is next...LOL

fossilman For belts that don't want to stay put, use a bit of rubber cement - the non-permanent kind with the brush in the cap. Just apply it between the belt & the drum, start it up, center the belt as it starts to spin up. Lynn

It would not be Poly Arbor fault. Either drum too slow or drum not expanding due to age or not accurately made (when I sold Ray Spans they varied greatly in diameters) or belts wrong size.

OOPS! I forgot the most common cause. I sold a new drum to an "older timer" self professed expert once. He called me after installing to say he cursed his old drum for 20 years because the belts kept sliding off. When he was installing the new one he saw the arrows and realized his old drum was mounted backwards for 20 years.
