Well, the only time I have ever felt the energy of a rock was when I was fossil hunting up above Rome GA. It was summer and the fossils embedded in dark host material and it was hotter than . . . well, Hades !

My thoughts are that it's possible. Rocks are made of minerals. Our bodies need minerals. If we are lacking certain minerals we may develop certain conditions. Maybe contact with a rock with the mineral needed absorbs through the skin like a patch. I don't practice it, but I do find it interesting. I have a couple of books about it and I did get a piece of lepidolite when I read about depression. I don't carry it with me but I know where it is in case I need it. Andrea

When I started making rocking hearts one original ideas was to use the “Book of Stones” as guide to make healing hearts. What’s neat about the book is the authors pair up complimentary stones. So if I was making a heart for a certain ailment I could reference the other complimentary stone to make the heart. I should go back to incorporating that idea more…mostly I for one miss seeing your creations.

Here's what I think...isn't it true that anything is possible? Isn't safe to say ....everyone should believe in something? So why not trust a stone? If they give you comfort, go for it. If you find peace amongst their presents...surround yourself.
