Hi sean ....I won't be selling anything yet. Damn, was kinda hoping to buy something, even though I live nowhere near Arizona.

That looks so much bigger now that it has the whiteboard on it. That's a helluva space!

The finish line is near! Looking good, but I have a real question. How do you keep those blinds so clean??? They've been featured often in this thread over a couple months' time. I'd be terrified if I had to shoot pictures through the blinds at my place.

The room is an empty bedroom and the blinds were probably new when we moved in. I only go in there to take the pictures, maybe that's why there isn't much dust.

Can you talk my wife into letting me build a shop like that ?
Just look at that big sand pile. Hope you don't have any stray cats in your neighborhood. LOL

Don if they had stray cats the coyotes would take care of it.

Been over two weeks... time for an update! And, Don jakesrocks , what have you done with the large shipping container you had placed in your backyard many months back? You need to post an update on that somewhere as well. < font = inquiring minds >

Aye Aye Capt.
Been sorting & stacking boxes of rocks along the back wall. Shipping container got taken over by the wife for a while when her mothers house was put up for sale. Now have the whole container back. As soon as the mud around it dries, (damned rain), I'll be prefabbing shelves for the back & one side wall.

They finally started on the drywall. I will try and post pictures this evening. This is taking forever. It's frustrating. If they would work on it everyday it would have been done a long time ago. But they get a part done and then we wait for a week or two before they do something else.

Sounds like the contractors are over-booked. Frustrating for sure.
But the shop is looking fantastic.

Here are yesterday's pictures. They didn't finish my room and didn't come back today to finish it. Andrea

Looking good, thanks for posting.
Isn't there a door from your shop into the main part of the building? Always nice to have more than one way out of a place if needed, and also more air circulating may be a good thing.

No the two parts are completely separate. My husband will have his classic cars in the garage and I don't want any of my rock dust getting onto them. I have a window and a door to the outside.
