Must put terrine on bucket list.
Terrines are usually served cold[1] or at room temperature. Most terrines contain a large amount of fat as well as pork, although it is often not the main ingredient: Many terrines are made with typical French game meat, like deer and boar (which are generally not eaten any other way in France).

Hey the best food is at James house!!! Lovely wife is a great cook! Second best food is at a Pizza Pie restaurant close to James! Best darn pizza I ever ate and humongous huge slices. I can eat a lot of pizza but the last half of my second slice was a fight to get around it!!!

Head cheese is a very good version of terrine. Get past the name. Its quite delish. Not one meat eating american would hate it, if it had been marketed as terrine.
