Hello everyone on RTH!!! I am seeking to be voted on to box #9 of traveling rocks, I live in colorado, I missed the 6 month mark of being able to participate, however a vote was asked if I would be allowed on the list so far alt least 5 or 6 yes! Looking for more votes as a candidate, 1,I promise never to take aggression out on a rock with a hammer! Oops already did that! 2, I promise never to savagely clamp down a rock to chop it up! Oops already did that! 3, I promise not to spend endless hours in baron wastelands, dry Creek beds , or dangerous hill sides, oops already did that! 4, I promise never to drive thousands of miles in search of happiness!Oops already did that! Aaaaggghhhh I'm sounding like our presidential candidate's like so many of us RTH'ERS here I have a hard time with these 4 promises, but if I am voted on to the list I can promise to keep it moving with its precious cargo! Thanks everyone please go to the comp board box#9 an vote for "accidentalrockhound"

Add a poll where we can vote yes or no. Like the cab or tumbled rock of the month threads.
I ain't playing, so no dog in this game. But.... I'm not sure I trust someone out for a hike wearing a hockey mask!
IF there were a voting poll, I'd vote let this new guy play, as I think we're stuck with ya.
but what do I know....

Rules are meant to be followed. I agree with you both, however spiceman is right the rules are in place for a reason, therfore I am with drawing my attempt to make the box #9 list, those who meet the guidelines play by choice, a newbie like me can look forward to playing! thanks everyone who gave me support,

Rules should not always be so rigid that they can't withstand a little logic. If we make the rules, can't we decide how they are implemented? That's why 'zero tolerance' rules are stupid, they leave no room for common sense. My two cents.

I vote for you. Has no one here ever played a game where they altered the rules? I think every board game we have has house rules. Give the kid a break.
