Slabbing the rocks is one way to see a truer potential of the rocks. Taking the next step and polishing brings out the colors and patterns. Your african Turquoiuse cab looks great. I took a wire brush to some of the rocks. And, I still couldn't see the patterns or colors (at least to my liking), but after cutting the rocks, I am really happy with the rocks that Gerdus sent!
