rxscram I know what it is like to try to remove some things and add others. By the time the box got to me last round it had changed to a LFRB. I still had a lot of trouble fitting my additions in. I love what you added. Some amazing, hard to find items. Cannot wait to see what is in the box. Please PM me the tracking number when you have it.

Box arrived today while I was gone. A day early. All I can say is WOW. Lots of great items. Much of the tape on the slabs let loose when I looked at them, so will try to repair that. Some slab pieces broke off in transit. Many of the bags with rough have holes in them. Will put everything in new freezer bags and label, if they were labeled when I received them. The box was rather puffy, but intact. Will use a new MFRB when sending to next person.
Will try to go through everything tomorrow and photograph.
It is going to be a challenge to get everything back in the box and add what I want.

I keep following this thread, I find it so interesting! Such a great idea. I wonder if there are enough European members to organize something similar around here...

Please bear with me while I go through everything, repackage rough in bags with holes, post some for ID where the marker wore off the bags, replace the tape for some slabs and reposition slabs on cardboard to use the least space possible.

Hey, saxplayer LumininOr others who want to chime in. There are no cutters in the box now. Should I add a couple? There is some rough that might work for one cab wonders. Thinking about adding a couple 4" pieces of rough I received from others.

Thinking about adding a couple 4" pieces of rough I received from others. No cutters as in whole rocks that require a saw? Myself - I only have a 7'' tile saw so I can't cut large stones. I'm after tumbling rough, and might poor man cab some slabs. Whatever you think works for those Grant

There wasnt really any cutters in there when it started. Mostly all slabs with some tumbling material.

Last round there were many cutters when I received the box, so was just asking.

The stones I put in were all good cutters. Trim saw sized cutters, but still high grade, quality stones for cutting.

rxscram. Loved the slabs you included. I am talking cutters that are 2-6" thick by 4-12" long. Each cutter could be cut into multiple slabs. Difference in terms. I call slabs, items that are cab thickness and can be trimmed for preforms. If you did include anything thicker that 3/8" (other than any tumbling rocks) then they were removed in transit between you and me. Please check my above photos of what was in the box when I received it. If anything you put in is missing, then the USPS removed it.

I'm talking about the botswana agate, lapis lazuli, and malawi blue chalcedony. All of those you could get several small slabs from. I'm pretty sure with my packaging you would have known if the USPS opened the box. Paper tape is impossible to remove without leaving evidence. (It forms a chemical/mechanical bond with the cardboard.)

rxscram. Apologies for any misunderstanding. Yes, some of what you included could be cut in half or more.

Any update on the box, fernwood? saxplayer is next I believe? I still haven't figured out what's wrong with my Tapatalk app, I'm still not getting notifications.

fernwood I'd love to get in on the next round, who should I contact. I'm in the market for red Rosarita slag glass, by any chance is that what's in the box? Having a tough time finding it! MsAli

MsAli I know there was some slag in there but if I remember right it was green. I've never heard of Red Rosarita.
