At least that is what I think they are. Collected in the 1970's to 1990's. Appreciate ID confirmation. Thanks. Hard to see, but this one appears to have some silver ore in the larger crystals.

Not sure about all of them, but some are definitely quartz, flat plates of short crystals.

The angle on the crystal terminations are incorrect for calcite. As others have stated it is quartz.

The rock to the right of the dime, on the outside edge with a very slight yellowish tint could be Calcite.
Going through an old collection like this if fun, never know what you might find. There are probably a few bags that are from areas that are no longer open for collecting.

You can test a small piece to be sure. Calcite will fizz in vinegar. The "silver ore" is most likely galena.

I will do the test, as most of these look the same in hand as a calcite cluster I got from Billy.
