Someone asked me to donate a pendant for a good cause. A young lady with cancer needed money for treatment. I gave the guy a real nice Sonora sunrise pendant. He did a really great job advertising it and spreading the word. He was a real good salesman for it. I think it ended up bringing in 150.00. I was happy.  Yes, promoting items is a key. We had one item that I felt was way under valued. I put the starting bid at about $10.00 over value. It sold for $25.00 more than value. When someone was looking at it, we would come over and explain the item. |
