Here is a video tumbling (rotary) some fancy jasper that I bought. I tried to have fun with the video. I am open to learning, so all comments on how to improve are appreciated. By the way, somebody on this forum suggested a rinse of hot water after burnish. I tried it in this tumble and it worked like a charm. I tried to find the post to thank you, but couldn't track it down.

Great job on all accounts - rocks, tumbling process, video (very entertaining). Kids & adults should enjoy this.

This is a really great effort to put this video together. I can imagine how long it might have taken to put it together. There is so much good information, tips and tricks, that can be learned by most people. And I don't see a lot of videos which go in to this level of detail for tumbling.
I like all of the personal touches that you put in to your video which make it more entertaining to watch. Your dog almost steals the show there, and the sequence with the tumbler barrel traveling on its own through the woods is a fun bit to watch too.
Thank you for sharing, and I am happy to have found this post.

It means a great deal when others appreciate it. Greig

I’m new to tumbling. In fact my new QT-66 is only 6 days old and still on the first stage. I started out watching your videos and then wound up here and low and behold, here you are again. I just wanted to thank you so much for all of your time and work that you’ve put into your videos. I think I’ve watched every rock tumbling one you have by now and it has really helped me to learn a ton about the hobby.
Many thanks again my friend and keep up the great work. I’m always looking forward to your next one.

Your mookaite and polychrome rough looks pretty good! Where did you get it from? I got some from Silver Cove here in Alberta and I'm happy with it but always looking for new sources...
Update -I googled "large mookaite" and found Stonebridge Imports has the same part number so I assume that's where they came from...
