Nice! I like the way the border is done. Would look even better polished up. I am figuring out what to clean it with, will polish the stone after cleaning but try to leave the silver aged.

I would clean it with a soft toothbrush and a little Dawn. It will get the oil and dirt off but not touch the patina. It also won't hurt the stone. Dry it really well and then you can go back if you want to and use a polishing cloth to maybe polish the high spots and leave the patina in the recesses.

I was gonna say use a toothbrush and toothpaste or baking soda, but it might take off too much.
