I do not make New Years Resolutions, but I do set one goal for the year.
If I share that goal with others, it gives me incentive to accomplish it.
My goal for 2020 is to fully recover from my 2018 injuries. It will be tough, but I am committed to doing so.
Secondary goals include to get my lapidary equipment/shop set up.
What is your primary goal for 2020?

10:31 into this new year and I haven't found any rocks yet. Guess I'll have to go to the coast this Sunday and try to find some fossils and artifacts.

Why move out of AZ? There should be plenty of places you could rent that would allow that? What area of AZ would you love to live? Am guessing that others here can help you find you dream rental, with a kitchen, space for a lapidary studio, nearby places to find many rocks to transform in to the mohs hearts that are so loved on RTH.

Yep I be willing to move out of state if the situation was exceptionally good new scenery ect... but it would have to be exceptional like I got married and she had a self sustaining income ha ha but trying to find a reasonable rental price wise in Phoenix is nearly impossible so I'm thinking I need to get a 5th wheel or something similar and go camp out in Prescott maybe Tuscon anyway I never wanted to go completely out on my own plus I never trusted my ability to make a steady income for that endeavor Yet, I need to put my house in order and have my own comfort zone to quote annie lennox mostly so anyways I am motivated thanks for asking Beth ! & we'll keep swinging at those curve balls

Hey, I hit one of those low curve balls for a grand slam. You can do the same. Have faith in yourself.
If all else fails, come to WI. I have a couple spare bedrooms and lots of rocks. LOL. Many good rock hunting locations here. You just would need to handle -50 wind chills at times and lots of snow. 90+ temps with high humidity in summer. Oh, plus me and my animals. That could be a challenge.
Seriously, I hope you find what you need to get back into lapidary (those hearts), a good income, a place you love to live.
