So beautiful. Maybe someday you will be able to tumble all year. Thanks All Beth last year I went all winter it is 43 deg today and Sun Shining, Mind you I don't mind but I would have kept going but I'm tryin to get to Arizona soon if I can. Just waiting for good reports from Ole Saw Bones.

When yer young you chew tabackey, drink whisky, and get taken advantage of by those nasty LOT LIZARDS! Now that I am older I wish id have taken better care of myself.

I’ve been adding salt to my barrels trying to keep running through the cold. So far it’s been working pretty well with temperature down to 20 degrees at times. Might try rock salt if it gets any colder.

Those kind of look like Wonderstone or something like that. I love that picture Jasper stuff. You mention Nevada? In the title, or Arizona? I might send you a PM some time, as I would like to run across material like that some day myself.
Funny you mention the tumblers. This is the time of year when I get mine going, because it is always 112 degrees in the desert where I live, and 120+ often in my garage. I moved the rock tumbling operation in doors last year to keep the little guys alive, but my mean 'old battle axe (I mean, wonderful love of life!) wife kicked them out of the house for making too much noise.
Home my tumbles turn out as good as yours. I should post some soon.
