If you are doing anything to change a rock shape or shine, you must use water, or in some cases oil.

So my wife is fine or “ok” with rock purchases, but for some reason equipment is a different, sad story.
A devious thought occurred to me where I buy lots of rock, and then sell at a break even price, thusly creating revenue whereby to purchase the toys. LOL!

I'm blessed like quartz on this one. I remember when I got the 24" saw I told her that after we cut all our big rocks I could easily sell it for a lot more than I paid for it, and she agreed. On the way home with it she said "we don't need to get rid of it, do we?" That was the 2nd big saw, now we have 6. I'll toss my hat into that ring. jeannie loves when I get new machines. She gets more slabs... Lol
