Thanks for asking. Yes, I am. Dealing with the seasonal allergies and a sinus infection that I have had since January. I was told not to come to clinic for the sinus infection. Was unable to get any anti iotics for it, but am using natural one which have helped some.
This too shall pass.

Glad to hear your feeling better. I wipe down with Clorox wipes everything packaged that comes into the house. I also wipe down the rocks that come in the mail.

As to how long the virus stays on surfaces, I was reading last night that they retested surfaces on that cruise ship in Japan and the virus was still alive and kicking on hard surfaces 17 days after the boat was cleared and cleaned.

And the NIH states it can live on paper 1 hour and plastic 3 days. These statements are ever-changing.
