South Carolina BBQ sandwich (mustard base) from The Piggie Park, washed down with a Coca Cola. Followed up with a Mayfield’s Ice Cream Sandwich. Yummy!

I did manage a boiled egg yesterday, so nothing like the feasts some of you enjoyed. No lunch today (leaving to run errands and no open restaurants).

No long lines, everyone in good cheer and orderly. I went to pick up a prescription, bought a few things while I was there. Lunch is one of their rotisserie chicken, as soon as I cook up some rice to go with it. BTW, why are people still loading up on TP, PT, and water? Don't they realize there is no shortage of that stuff??

You lost me at blue cheese Amen! haha I missed this thread yesterday but lunch today is shaping up to be pretty killer with some fresh bacon already going in the pan. I'm blowing up like a tick from this lock down

South Carolina BBQ sandwich (mustard base) from The Piggie Park, washed down with a Coca Cola. Followed up with a Mayfield’s Ice Cream Sandwich. Yummy! Joshua, if you haven't, try the hickory smoked chicken wings from Piggy Park. Today it was chicken salad on toast with homemade kosher dill and Cape Cod kettle chips with the orange soda. I'm six pounds+ into this lockdown. Hopefully the Gov will pay for gym and weight loss bills.

I know it doesn't feel like Easter (it us this coming Sunday!), but Costco is selling Kirkland brand Spiral Cut Hams for $2.99/lb. They come with the ham glaze mix. The bargain is that they are taking $10 off at the register. So my 9.11 lb. ham cost me all of $17.24.
Glazed ham for dinner, sandwiches, with eggs for breakfast, and the final leftovers, including the bone, for ham soup!
There's just the two of us, so it is going to last a while. Will be freezing some it before it is gone.

Does the spiced glazed spiral ham bone make good soup? Haven't tried one of them. I usually use the regular picnic smoked ham bone for the soup.
