Thanks my friends for all of your support. And now the rest of the story:
It started with a bad night, where I thought I was coming down with Covid. I had horrible indigestion, puked a few times and then had major trouble breathing, whereby I could only stop panting if I was sitting up. Also, my eyes hurt so bad that I couldn't look at my phone or computer. When my wife looked up what to do locally if symptoms of Covid, she read to self isolate unless you have an emergency and need to be on a respirator. She is Dutch and didn't quite understand the advice. I was having chills and when that broke, my breathing got better and I slept for 2 days. I called a help line and they said to get tested.,
I drove to a test center and they put me immediately into Emergency. Blood test, blood pressure and EKG were abnormal pointing to a heart attack. I was later moved to an isolation room in Acute Care as the results of Covid weren't back yet. 4 days later after many tests, I was sent home with a few pills to take. I will be treated for the heart as an outpatient. Covid test was negative. I felt pretty good and went north the following weekend for some metal detecting and rock hounding. That is my way to have fun and relax.

So glad you're home and feeling well enough to do what you love.
You are actually pretty lucky - you could have been one of the casualties from the virus, not because you had it but because you stayed home instead of going to the ER. Thankfully that didn't happen!

Staying home when unable to breath was dumb. An obvious issue that should have been addressed pronto. Luckily, I can say "live and learn".

Glad you're feeling better. Did your doctor test for liver/gallbladder function? Once upon a time a co-worker thought he was having a heart attack. They hauled him off the job and to the hospital. Turned out that he was having a gallbladder attack instead. Thanks my friends for all of your support. Metal detecting and rock hounding. . . known to be good for the stomach epithelium but now you tell me its good for my heart as well. I'm lucky and so are you. Stay on the course.

Turned out that he was having a gallbladder attack instead. They looked at everything. At the end of the day, they were uncertain what occurred but confirmed that I didn't need stints or surgery. The ongoing symptoms can be controlled for now with meds. I go back for a day visit in a couple of weeks and will hear next steps.
