Hi Rock Experts! I found this on a beach. It seems to have a rough outer "bark" and layers of chalcedony-like material alternating with lighter colored, rough layers. Conchoidal fractures are evident in the chalcedony-like material, and it is just barely translucent. Images attached below. Question: is this a piece of agatized wood? If not, what is it? Thanks in advance!
