I'm certainly no expert, but I don't think that they are, going from the pictures. But they are very cool, they would probably have ended up in my backpack if I had found them...

I figured the tan/yellow one was just a nice prairie agate...but I had my fingers crossed. That grey one really has me stumped.

I would call it a prairie agate, the smaller one might be a bubblegum agate.
