Is anyone else experiencing this? I mailed a couple of SFRB's to addresses within 45 miles of me on Friday. Dropped them off in the AM at local PO. One arrived yesterday. The other is still listed as in shipment. No additional tracking info, other than that it was accepted by local post office and sent to Regional Distribution on Friday. The Regional is about 70 miles away. In the past most SFRB's were sent from my PO to the nearby, local one direct.
Normally these would have been delivered within 1-2 days. I am hoping the box arrives today. That would be 6 days after shipment.
Would appreciate if others are experiencing delays.

I heard USPS was experiencing delays. Here in Canada, Canada Post are definitely slow. There are some destinations which they have limited movement and packages are backing up. The sorting stations are working with partial staff. Transport (especially overseas) is restricted.

Don't hold your breath. The USPS is worst than terrible any more for anything except an Amazon packages. Order from anyone else and the package can and does take sometimes a month to get here in Michigan when ordered 3 day select first class mail. There has been times it does make it to the regional Michigan PO in a week, and they have turned around and ship it then to another state. There it sits for a another week or 2. Why does Amazon packages make it through? Well I expect it is big money talking there! Amazon seems to have priority when it comes to packages!

I’ve heard sporadic reports of slow mail through this time, but for the most part ours has been on time. The slabbetes I sent to AZ got there in 2 or 3 days.

I'm usually either shipping or receiving packages from all over the US. I've found USPS to be a little slow but it's acceptable to me. My most recent package came a day earlier than tracking showed.

I buy all my material on the web and mail a lot of packages USPS. The shipping time seems to vary based on where the package is being sent or where it is sent from. I'm in the SF Bay Area. Shipping to the South Bay can be as quick as one day. Packages shipped from Oregon which is not geographically far away can take a long time. It depends on how many USPS locations a package passes through.

I've ordered several mfrb boxes of rocks lately and all seem to be taking 5-6 days to get to me. last one came from Oregon and sat at the local distribution hub for 3 days before it moved the final 15 miles to my door. had one take 15 days. first 8 in CA and then 4 in Tulsa and 3 in Tx.

Ordered a prescription refill online Friday. Nothing fancy, no priority, just standard shipping. DHL received it that evening at 6:35 pm. Local post office got it Saturday morning at 9:55 am. Delivered this afternoon, Sunday on a holiday weekend. YMMV.
