Thanks for the compliments guys. Never dreamed I'd have a fetish for polishing glass go figure. The short term required to tumble shape and polish glass continues to be an easier/quicker task than doing most rocks.

This is the bruises caused by lowering the percentage media from 30% to 15%. This particular vase is simply a bit softer than the others. I pretty much know I must use at least 25% pea gravel media in the vibe with glass. Any less causes bruises in my vibe/my slurry/my size glass tumbles.

You will learn not to stick your hand in the barrel until the sharp edges are rounded off first jasoninsd.

Yep...it would only take me six or seven times to learn that...ouch, quit it...ouch, quit it...and so on! LOL
Seriously though, those look amazing. It would've never occurred to me to use old thrift store vases. Smart!

It would've never occurred to me to use old thrift store vases. Smart! Prior generations were heavy into glass art sculptures and wares. Probably less popular in more recent times. Lol, blood and glass prep goes hand in hand. The bigger the pieces you are working with the deeper the cut. I believe obsidian is about the sharpest edge on earth, glass not far behind.
