Hi from Phoenix Yesterday I got the rocking opportunity to cruise up to the Hassayampa River area of Arizona That about 60 miles North West from my location in Phoenix As many an explorer/ hounder know what an area to explore I was trying to scale the loose soil of this incline to capture a picture of the metal Bronto kept slipp'nsliding& rock’nreeling & I dug up this glinter It really caught my eye. figured I found a garnet or a ruby ha on clean up it jus probably some sort of crystalline red rock The matrix may even be asphalt- double ha It also appears to have petrified bone in it. Or perhaps lightening struck fulgurate stone Anyway it something Perhaps some day I’ll do some exploratory dremling on it Certain stones glint jus right and never know when you might find a gem. I''' keep searching.... Thanks for coming along & hope you enjoyed... Ed
