I LOVE our new Egg Poacher! My first step-father was away a lot during WWII - first training to b a bombardier in B-29s, and later in the Pacific fighting the Japanese. The few times he was home he loved poached eggs on toast with half glass of warm milk poured on top, so that became our Family Exotic Meal. This device makes the process simple. Pour a little water in the bottom, spray the poached egg tray with Pam, crack and slide the eggs into the spaces, salt, pepper, cover and turn on. The amount of water determines the time. assoon as the water has all evaporated, the LOUD! buzzer turns on - It is done! 6-8 minutes.

I am glad someone likes poached eggs. Never been much on eggs. I guess I am not an Eggistentialist.
