Hello everyone, hope youre doing well.
here are the results of my first tumble (using a nat geo pro tumbler), with help from Michigan Rocks' (Jugglerguy) youtube video on how to use this machine i think i got the best possible results.
I used 80 grit for 4 day cycles, 220 grit for 4 days, 600 grit for 5 days and cerium oxide for 8 days
It includes mostly various beach rocks, with a handful of sodalite, aventurine, bits of jasper and quartz dotted around too.
The second picture shows the rocks that didnt polish up at all which is a shame because they look very nice when wet :/
