hey rick I watched the movie wasn’t really a movie for old lone stone ha ha I guess it like fried green tomatoes o the acting was good- the scenery & nature rock;n - photography excellent life is cruel is the main pertinent message which usually i get as a fact butte it wet on&on&on$on and all I could think of was

I read the book, probably won't bother with the movie. I can't even begin to count the number of movies that did not do the book justice.
I've been a book reader since I was a little kid. I like that you can pick it up, put it down, and read it wherever you feel like.
My imagination when reading a book is about 100 times better than watching the movie.

A little buck in the backyard a few days ago. They are in full rut now. He is eating white oak acorns. Camera is difficult to hold steady at that highest zoom level.

Don't really understand all this food waste. Vegetables, milk and eggs can all be dehydrated for later use for one thing. Milk can be turned in to cheese and whey protein powders that can be kept for very extended periods of times. A lot of this stuff could have also been used in alternative markets such as animal feed.
