For the life of me I can't figure out how to find the "upload preset" on my free Cloudinary account. I'm starting to wonder if they changed their site to only offer this to paid accounts ?
I read through the tutorials and the screen shots don't have the same info on it that I presently see . Under " settings" there is NO "upload" tab to click on.
Is there any other way to post photos ?
Any advice appreciated.

I use Tapatalk with my phone. My PC hard drive locked up so that's a no go for me.

Sorry you're having trouble Patty - what device are you using? On my PC I don't see that anything substantial has changed so I'll just post some screenshots that I just created and see if it helps. From the dashboard, click on the 'gear' icon to enter settings Click on the upload tab near the top left of the screen Scroll down to find the upload presets area

Hi Patty, I suspect that something in the initial creation of the account didn't quite happen right. I know this is a lot to ask but if you can send me a private message with your Cloudinary login information, email and password, and let me take a look at it I'll see if I can figure it out. Obviously when were finished then you'll want to change your password.

So stay tuned everyone, Patty liveoak and I are still working on it but it's worth quickly noting that she is correct there HAS been a change on the Cloudinary registration page that led to this problem. There is a new "Select a Product" choice and if you pick the wrong one it's a completely different product. This is how it was (from the tutorial) And this is how it is now: Once we get her account fixed I will do a test account signup all the way through and check for any other changes that are needed to the tutorial.

All, I have patched the tutorial for now but there are other cosmetic and button location changes that need to be addressed to reduce confusion and I'll do it as soon as I can. Thanks again liveoak for bringing the major new "product" change to our attention.
