I like it Perkins! Two totally different vibes when you switch the band from top to bottom by rotating it. Thanks Quartzilla! I agree on the contrast between angles. I think I like the band towards the top better. |

We're having temps in the 40s with 50-70mph winds...definitely not rock saw weather! Is there a Bermuda triangle in south Dakota? Yes!!!!! Spent 6 months out there. |

Lets get this bunny hopping! I know the last few themes have been a grind (pun intended) but this one should be like a springtime walk in the park. Actually it's been raining all week here in N.CA - but that's OK too, we need the rain. |

Here's my entry. I was going for a robin's egg. Not sure on the kind of rock but roy might know since it came from a mix box I bought from him. It's pretty soft stuff and could use a lesson or two on how to get the most out of it but I like how it turned out. Spring pic is my lawn and the mess winter left...     After the table test...   |

agatewhisperer - Fantastic job on that one Alex! It looks like "Copper Complex"...which I've found to be an absolute headache to work! I always expect that "mirror finish" on every cab I do...but this stuff just does not allow for it. However, it's beautiful enough material that the surface "texture" is tolerable. You really did a great job on this one. A lot of times there's Chrysocolla, Malachite, and Azurite in with the copper in those "complex" pieces. Super great choice for the theme...wish I would have thought of it first! LOL
