My coworker found this in a farm field near St. Cloud MN. Not prime agate country, but there are a few rolling around. The color is what throws me. It has a lot of agate qualities. If I shine a light from behind it sure does glow like an agate. What do think?

Id call it agate. Some might call it chalcedony. But to answer your question, yeah. Agate

That looks like what is commonly referred to around as here as Chert or Quartz
