Jugglerguy I did find mosasaur bone in West Texas several years back. There were pieces weathering out of an area that was reminiscent of the Chinle Formation. My guess is it's a similar situation up in Utah where this stuff probably originated.

Glad to see a few arrived earlier than expected, and it looks like all have been delivered except for one. The material is mostly self collected from many parts of Arizona, and a bit from western NM.

Robin it was great to see you and Vince yesterday! Thanks for the slab and IDing some of my opal stuff. Hope you guys had a great meal at Portillos too!

After the show we stopped by and took mohs out to a tasty lunch at Don Jose, then went out to Papago park. It was a wonderful day!
