Not sure what the heck I did here lol I really like your patterned sheet and bail & how it compliments the pattern in the charoite. Obviously you figured out how to repeat those nice LOS colors as well Nicely done.

Yeah - that's the best background texture I've ever seen for Charoite. Great piece.

Not sure what the check I did here lol C what I did there? I fixed that for you! I'm still loving that Charoite! The texture one that backing plate (that's what I'm calling it) is great! It's an "out of the box" design...which I truly admire!

LOVE it! I especially love that you did the bail with the same texture as the setting. Brilliant!

The entire thing looks great. Love the design, color and overall look. I like the "charred wood texture" on this one even more than the last one you showed like this.

Reminds me of a Hawaiian bone hook shape. Lapidary smithy style.

Thanks liveoak , the LOS is a strange gamble in how it’s results are so unpredictable. I've learned that the hard way about all patinas.
I've bought the books, watched the movies & had the nightmares.
It's all supposed to be a fun learning experience (sometimes you just have to keep reminding yourself that)

Bravura Cabochon Designs You a Trekkie? Kind of looks like an abstract design take on the Star Trek badge. Very nice material and the texture does go nicely with the charoite.

I never watched Star Trek, so I can’t credit the design to my obsession with the show. I can see why you’d ask, it would be something a Trekkie would do. I just don’t even know what to do with this post. That’s why it’s sat with no response all day. “I never watched Star Trek”. I’m speechless. How is this even a thing? 🤓🤣
