Oh Llana, how sweet! Max is just afraid he'll fall in love, and he will Remember those paintings in the 60's of the kids with big eyes? That's what he/she reminds me of. Too cute! cookie

Nickiblue. I like that and it will work for a boy or girl. Kitty might have a name.
It is a really sweet little thing and spunky. Didn't show a bit of fear when I introduced it to Max, never hissed or anything. They found it this morning, so if it spent the night out in the tall grass alone and survived, it probably thinks nothing could be a fearful as that!
I think Max's feelings are hurt by our new addition, but he'll be okay when kitty gets bigger. I have introduced him to all sorts of critters from a cocktiel to BE's hedgehogs and he's never, ever been aggressive toward any of them. I always tell him to be nice because it's a baby. He was even introduced to the real babies when they were litty bitty, so he knows what a baby is and knows he has to be nice.
I don't know if her eyes will stay blue or not. Hope so, they are so big and pretty. She's a cutie for sure and I'm already in love with her.

Kim, i love Bobo, the cat that can't be still! Especially the picture where he is yawning and he's is all blurry. It looks like he is attacking at high speed or something!

jackson that bobo is a mess. never has there been a cat with such a will to survive as him when he chose us. my housekeeper had called me at work and said i had kittens at the barn and their mom must have died because they were crawling and screaming like they were starving. i came rushing home and we thought we got them all. they were sooooooo tiny - maybe 3 wks old. i rushed them to the shelter because they were too little for me to work with. the girl that runs our shelter is an angel but unfortunately she was out with her very sick mom and a replacement chose to put them all down which i didn't know until the next morning when i called to check on them. i cried and cried - told my husband that if i'd known that i'd have tried to bottle feed them myself. 36 hrs after i'd taken them to the shelter bobo showed up in the rain crawling. i'd missed him and it had taken him a day and a half to crawl from the barn to the house. he could fit in the palm of your hand with room to spare. i slept holding him and feeding him every 2 hrs with the tiniest bottle you've ever seen. he didn't know how to take the bottle even. he fought so hard and then started spiraling downward like he had pneumonia and quit taking the bottle altogether. when he came out of it it was with a vengeance and he hasn't stopped since. he is very entertaining! kim

Thats an awesome story Kim, too bad about Bobo's siblings though . I've always thought it'd be cool to have cats, but my mom and brother are allergic, so that takes care of that. We have a dog, she is seven, but I don't know if we have any digital pics of her. I'll try to get some so I can show you guys. She's really a great dog. Her name is Heidi, and we got her at the humane society. She was one of seven, and the day we got her she was the only one there sleeping. The rest were all active and hyper. The lady that worked there was giving them treats, and she tossed one to Heidi and it bonked here head, then she woke up. ;D She has gotten a lot bigger since then, but still needs her sleep! She sleeps so much, I dont see how. But when the time comes, she gets so much energy from somewhere... probabaly from sleeping so much!
