I just found a document from way back when the Gem Trails site was still going.
On it is a list of cool looking sites listed by their site numbers. The problem is that the numbers are nowhere close to my Gem Trails book. I have the 2009 version. Does anyone have the one that has #41 black chysocholla rough miami AZ #44 Red/white jasper cave creek #20 brown moss bullhead city etc, etc?

Perhaps the sites can be conjured on mindat.org database with those references?

Nope, the areas are too vast and one hill out of millions is likely the target. The list I put above is just part of the list on the paper. It would be a long process to find even one or two. Plus, Since it is out of the book, it could be dead, or it also is lots less struggle to find the correct version/edition.

Mark K any idea around what year they may be? I think we may have one or two older ones around, but I have to find them.

No clue. 2009 is not the one though.
