ok, you've seen them advertised, and frankly, i thought they were a bit tacky, but my mother loves them so i started to make her one for christmas (harder than they look)....then she sez she wanted a kit to make her own, so i search the web and there are some pretty cheesy kits out there.....but then i found this: www.gemtrees.com/pcat/browse.aspand realized there are some real artists out there, and was humbled. thought you guys would be interested, KD

Hi KD ,
Yes , that is a very interesting site. It reminds me of my visit in Singapore to the Gemfactory where they make the most beautiful scenery , chinese ships, animals etc etc . Truly amazing. And all of the gems they use are imported.
I have to look through my holiday snapshots and post via photobucket
