Mike --- just happens that one (twisted wire) was the easiest to find -- it actually came from "menards " and was under 25 dollars
Sands----don't tell anyone because it is "top secert" -- I used a 4" mini-grinder with a dia-blade because the 10" saw was tooooo slow for me ;D
LadyT / 181lizard-- I haven't sold any yet--- but did make the left one to try selling at this show I'm going to next week ---don't really look to sell it as I'm putting the price high enough that most people will just "look" at me funny !! ;D --- it usually takes me about a years from rough rock to finished lamp --I did a rush and actually made two in just a little over a year this time ---example, -- there are about 10-15 slabs on each side so if each piece is different then that means you had to slab 40- 60 different rocks then run them thu the grits/polish (2-6 months) ---then cutting /putting them together each piece takes about an hour ( so that's another 40-60 hours)---- not something you can do in a hurry!--but they do look goooood when done !! ;D
