Coming home Saturday night I found a package waiting for me by the door. It was a nice flat of WF sized rough and some bots I had purchased from Dave (Snowdog) last week, and boy was it worth every penny! Pet wood, sodalite, carnelian, several different jasps and agates, slabs galore.. and then some! Here's a shot of some of the goodies: And that's only half of it! I took a bunch of close ups but they all turned out blurry except these two: I'm gonna be busy for a long, long time! ;D

I got a box towards the end of last week of tumbling mix. I see some of the same as you have, just smaller! So now...have you put any of yours in water? The reason I ask is, I always do and I found something a little strange with a few pieces. Little pieces of nodules or eggs became REALLY soft in some spots & as I was going through them, it came off in my hand like peanut butter! NO __@#! Can't detect any smell but it's really weird.
Dave...you heard of that before? I post pic in next day or so!

Liz, ;D --- that dang cat that belongs to the neighbor !! I told him to leave those alone ! --he must of slipped back in because the ground was froze and he didn't have any sand to scratch !! --- but no, I really don't know for sure because I rinsed all of that rock before I boxed it up -- you may have noticed some moisture in those bags -- they were still damp when I bagged it --- there is one thing tho when I washed some there were some " buckeyes" ( type of nut ) mixed in with them --- maybe the chipmunks or people collected them, then just threw them in the buckets ---- could also of been wasp nest ( mud-dopper's) as I found some of those too -- just dark brown to black ( just made out of mud )--- whatever they are, there's no extra charge for them !! ;D ;D anyway, Beefjello --- glad you liked them -- and if that isn't enough, I could prob find another box for you ;D
