We arrived back from Brenda last night only to find a big heavy flat sitting at the door. Not expecting anything I was perplexed, but after bringing it in and reading the name on the label I knew what it was! I had mentioned to Dave that at some point when Ohio thawed out and he could get back to his collecting area that I would like a sample of his flint/chert.. I had no idea he would send so MUCH.. and so quickly! The RTH way ;D Very nice looking material! Can't wait to get started on this stuff! Thanks Dave!!

Not a problem Brian - Glad you like it. I had a box of it that I had gathered before the winter blast, and thought I would surprise you like you did me with those cool Brenda rocks that you sent! I hope the pieces aren't too big for you - I thought I had some smaller stuff but it was mostly bigger pieces and not the best colors that I usually gather. Hope you can get some use out of it - it tumbles and slabs up great. There are usually some surprise fossils and things inside that should pop out give some nice pieces.
