Very nice haul. What are the white boulders in the last pic? Do they have some fossil traces? The little one looks a bit like an echinoid. I also like a lot that red/green/yellow jasper in the 5th pic. You were very determined to pick up and bring to the car so many rocks on such a heat. 97F is a little over 36C, that's really hot! We also had here 32C these days, I wonder how it will be in July Here's a Fahrenheit/Celsius converter: www.wbuf.noaa.gov/tempfc.htmAdrian

Brian, Brian.......You need to invest in a front loader and a dump truck. ;D
In the last pic., tthat stange small white rock at the bottom center. Show us what that looks like cut. I'm thinking that's going to be a really neat one.
I got your box today. I'm really ticked. Not that you sent the rocks of course, but now I owe you instead of you owing me. ;D
Thanks, thanks, thanks! Beautiful stuff in there.

that round white rocks aren't echinoids. I research that group of fossils, and to me it looks like a chunk of howlite. Nice stash

Great haul and a remarkable variety Brian! What a lot of different colors and patterns. darned if those quartz ball thingees don't look a lot like those geodes that come out of the Midwest. Chop one open and show us what's inside. They look real interesting......mel

You definitely had fun, those are going to make some beautiful pieces. That cauliflower one looks like it is going to have an interesting inside. Tami
