I was afforded the opportunity to do a little cutting after work today, and just thought I'd share with you the results First one is a nice Brazilian nodule I picked up last weekend at the rock shop And a pretty little Laker Thanks for lookin'!

They are both very nice, but that Brazilian agate with the level lines and with the beautiful colors is gorgeous!

That Brazillian is really nice! You did a good job photographing it to capture that too - the light really accents and shows off the piece - I'm as impressed with your ability to capture the beauty as I am by the beauty of the piece itself!

I love Brazilians, one of my favorite rocks to work with because they always turn out perfect. Yours is beautiful!

Those are awesome! That first one looks like hot lava around the outside, and a thunder-egg inside. I like the second one the best though, those multi-colored bands make a cool mix. That's what I love about cutting agates - you never know what kind of surprises are waiting inside.
