I've been playing around with the dremel a little bit. This is some of Rich's Happy Camp Jade, it is a dream to work with. This is the 3rd time I've ever tried carving with the dremel. It needs some smoothing and to be repolished......I guess the vibe for that. But......it basically took the look I wanted. After I was done, realized it wouldn't balance right with a bail, so not sure what I'll do with it! Maybe add a curve to the other side also. I only have a few diamond bits to work with, so will see what I can get them to do. Before. This stuff is gorgeous polished, and takes a polish so easily. It gets a gorgeous wet gloss to it and has an awesome depth to it. After - let me know if you think I ruined a good pendant, please. Sandy

that's a neat freeform. How are you going to mount it?

Not bad, you are on your way to being a jade carver. Practice makes perfect!
