A single bbl tumbler can be used with very good results. Keep it clean! I might reccomend saving the rubber bbl for final polish, and making three bbls out of schedule 40 PVC plastic pipe. You might have to drill out the centers of the end caps and fit a carriage bolt the diameter of the screw on cap to keep it aligned. Simple fix and works well. Single bbls also tumble with a little more speed than dual tumblers. Do not make the belt too tight, I burned out a motor doing that. Also watch out for gas pressure with PVC. The PVC cap ends tighten more tightly than the rubber ends. The drums also do not expand like the rubber drums with gas build up.
